Eddie Coronado, MSHRM, SHRM-SCPTalent Strategy Leader · Speaker
I build talent systems that strengthen leadership readiness and help people grow.
Drawing on experience at AdventHealth, Uber, Siemens, and Electronic Arts, I connect succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and internal mobility to business needs. Today, I turn that experience into practical tools and workflows using AI.
Practical systems. Clearer decisions. Leaders equipped to act.

What I’m building
Nexa Collective.
Nexa Collective is where I keep practising the craft — talent systems, organizational capability, and AI-enabled HR tools. It reflects how I think about the work rather than a change in direction: I’m actively seeking a Director of Talent Management role inside an enterprise and am open to relocation.

About Eddie
The work matters, but it isn’t the whole person.
I’m also a husband, a father of four boys, a first-generation American, and a lifelong relationship builder — with a reminder at home every evening that leadership theory holds up better on paper than at bedtime.
